Refund policy

At Purna Mehta, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item, and we want to make this process as easy and convenient as possible. 

1. EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • We offer an exchange policy within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  • The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
  • The customer must ship the product(s) back to us. 
  • The exchange must be sent to us within 7 days from the date you received the parcel.
  • Rs.200/- reverse pick-up charges will be applicable.
  • We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. Please ensure you check the size chart carefully before making your purchase to avoid any issues.
  • The exchange will happen only once.
  • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we regret that the exchange will not be possible.


2. RETURN POLICY:

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing your purchase.

3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
